He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jr. Hoffman and Violet Hoffman (Green); his brothers, Kenneth, Ronald and Bryan; and his parents-in-law, Harry and Catherine Bounds.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn B. Hoffman (Bounds); his daughter Kathleen Hoffman-Hart (Dan); his grandchildren, Brayden, MacKenzie and Christine Watkins; his great grandchildren, Levi Gage (Haleigh), Alec Watkins (Kalista), Grayson and Noah; and also, GiGi and Ty.
