He is survived by: his parents, David J. Lewis and Andrea R. Benway; his sisters, Justice Harris, Liberty Benway and Serenity Lewis; his grandparents, Pam, Bill Graves and Patrick Benway; and his great-grandparent Joanne "Nana" Moffitt. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
