It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Colby of Greenwich, New York, born in Barre, Vermont, who passed away on November 30, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Harry Smith. She is survived by: her husband Frank Colby of Greenwich; her sons, Rodney and Russell Dwyer of Florida; and her brother-in-law Bruce Colby (Gilles).
