He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmanuel F. Forest and Violet Forest (Labarge); his wife Patricia Niger; and his sister Francis Forest. He is survived by: his children, Jason R. Forest (Kristen) of Scotia, Matthew Forest of Troy, Michelle Lapping of California and Jacqueline Bruce of Greenwich; his sisters, Judith Ball (James), Linda Kircher (Gary) and Anne Wright (David); and his grandchildren, Anthony, Chase, Jett, Elijah Bruce, Carter and Hanna Forest.
