He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter, Marion Dow and Charles Parmeter. He is survived by: his parents, Walter Dow and Charmane Dow (Parmeter) of Greenwich; his daughter Cuse; his wife Ashley; his children, Omar, Walker, Izzy, Avery (Cuse) and Olivia; his grandmother Mary Parmeter; his brother Walter (April); his nephew Ryan; his nieces, Grace and Peyton; his pet Joey; his caregiver Michelle Bazer; and his friends, Katie, Keith, Nick, Eric, Tommy, Matt, Theo, Shannon, Kevin and Derek. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
