She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Culver and Jennie Keller Culver; her husband Joseph A. Wilbur; her son John Wilbur; and her brothers, Robert and Richard Culver.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Eaton (John), Tom Wilbur (Leeann Foss), Nancy Spiezio (Gary), Alan Wilbur (Jean) and Margaret Nolan (Craig); her daughter-in-law Linda Wilbur; her sister-in-law Pat Culver; and her cousin Carole Powell (George). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
