He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara MacDougall Welsh; and his sister Dorothy Welsh Macksey. He is survived by: his grandson Cody McLucas; his daughter Nancy; his son-in-law Brian McLucas of Greenwich; his sister Mary Alice Welsh Saunders; his grandsons, William LaFreniere, John and Brian R. McLucas; and his great grandchildren, Kaleb and Kamryn LaFreniere. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Masks are required and social distancing must be observed.
