We are sad to announce that on June 29, 2020 we had to say goodbye to John Reavis Jr. in Greenwich, New York, born in Nyack, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John W Reavis Sr. John and Frances Hines Saunders; his stepfather Jonnie Saunders; and his siblings, Barbara Ann Reavis, Irene Owens, Sheri Saunders, Ronald Reavis, Marc Saunders and Larry Saunders.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Bailey-Reavis of Port Chester, NY; his children, Dawn Jackman (Terry) of Matawan, NJ, John W. Reavis III (Alexandra) of San Ramon, CA and Prescott Reavis (Kai) of Oakland, CA; and his siblings, Linda Caliman (Raymond) of Spring Valley, NY, Diane Rivera (Sixto) of Nyack, NY, Paulette Alston (Peter) and Tony Sanders of Phoenix. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two great-grandsons; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family is requesting in lieu of flowers a donation be made to: NAACP of Port Chester.
