He was predeceased by: his father Robert M. Sr. Wilcox; and his brother-in-law Carl Derby. He is survived by: his wife Denise Wilcox (DeRagon) of Greenwich; his children, Bonnie Boddery (David) of Greenwich, Kate Wasserman (David) of Ballston Spa, James Wilcox Jr. of Greenwich and Stephen Wilcox (Jennifer) of Greenwich; his grandchildren, Emilee English (Max), Kyle, Gage, Seth Boddery, Maddalyn, Kendyl Wasserman, Hayley and Cameron Wilcox; his siblings, Linda McKernon (James), Barbara E. Derby, Margaret Gray and Robert M. Wilcox Jr. (Glenda); and his mother-in-law Joan DeRagon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
