He was predeceased by: his son James Perry Jr; his sisters, Shirley Norton, Elizabeth Perry and Delores Manney; his parent-in-law Evelyn Weils; and also Albert Weils.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Perry of Greenwich; his children, Gina Perry of Greenwich, Anthony Perry of Greenwich and Jason Perry (Rachelle) of Greenwich; his grandchildren, Kayla (Jonathan) of Benson, NC, Jason (Kristene) of Angier, NC, Samantha, Hunter of Athens, Misty, Edward Mahay of Saratoga Springs, James, Jordynn and Anthony of Greenwich; his great grandchildren, Braeden, Adrianah, Miya, Ava and Dakoda; and his brother Thomas Perry of Saratoga Springs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and sister.
