He was predeceased by: his father Harry Henry; his wife Shirley Andrews; and his daughter-in-law Joan Andrews. He is survived by: his children, Jon F. Andrews, Lin Moore and Jennifer Andrews; his grandchildren, Jon S. Andrews (Susan), Julie Carruthers, Inger Harrington (Jeff) and Kristy Deitz (David); and his great grandchildren, Kaitlin, Sam, Justin, Paige, Adam, Merrisa, Abbey, Ryan and Taylor. He is also survived by 10 great-great grandchildren.
