He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Francis (Fleming) and George M. Rapp, Sr.; his stepfather Norman Button; his parents-in-law, Hubert S. Prime and Mary Jane K. Prime; and his siblings-in-law, Alan J. Hart, Roger H. Prime, Cynthea Prime (Davis) and Judith Gazzola.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Ann Rapp (Prime); his children, G. Daniel, Elizabeth Rapp of Sunbury, OH, Michael J. and Erica Rapp of Guilderland, NY; his siblings, Nancy A Hart of Loudonville, John, Hollie Rapp, Thomas and Maura Rapp of Salem; his sister-in-law Liza Larios of Bellerose, NY.; his grandchildren, Joshua M, Joel D, Lucas C and Amelia Jane; and his great grandchild Natalie Noelle. He is also survived by cousins and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, it is suggested that memorials may be made in George's name to the C R Wood Cancer Center at Glens Falls Hospital or to the dedicated volunteers of the Greenwich Easton Rescue Squad.
