It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Albert Slocum (Greenwich, New York), who passed away on January 14, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Slocum and Dorothy Slocum (Briggs); and his sister Jane S. Nieman. He is survived by: his daughters, Sara Murray (Brian) of Fultonville, NY, Mary Slocum (Bradley Benson) of Greenwich and Amy Fitch (Matthew) of Bridgewater; his sisters, Elaine Simmons (Mike), Anne Slocum-Mcllhenny (Jim) of Chateugay, NY and Martha Slocum of Buskirk, NY; and his grandchildren, Owen, Autumn Benson, Deana and Clayton Fitch. He is also survived by several nieces nephews and cousins.
