She was predeceased by: her parents, Teodosio Attilio Ballardini and Paolina Apolloni Ballardini; her husband Giulio; her brother Louis; her sister-in-law Margaret Ballardini; and her grandson Matthew John Pavese.
She is survived by: her close friend Licia Mincin Radovic; her grandchildren, Mark Poli, John Pavese Jr., Dr. Christina Montellaro (Marc), Dr. Elizabeth Pavese-Kaplan, Anthony Poli Jr. (Mary), Catherine Ketcham (Tyler), Maria Smart (Dustin), Vanessa Poli, Paulina Pavese (Thomas Lamendola) and Christiana Poli; her great grandchild Gaige Amara Poli; her nieces, Laura Minnema, Catherine Lynskey and Patricia Struz; her nephew Louis Ballardini; and her aunt Amalia.
