She was predeceased by: her parents, John Benzie and Ester Benzie (Murray); her husband Robert Welch; her sister Joan (Robert Welch); and her stepson Eric Welch.

She is survived by: her sons, Eugene Kelly, Douglas Kelly, Jeffrey Kelly and Steven Kelly; her daughters-in-law, Rosemary Kelly and Julia Kelly; her sister Mary Tully; and her grandchildren, Cassidy, Lidia, Amelia, Brendan, Kevin and Tamika. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, Alice preferred for people to donate to Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany, 40 N. Main Ave., Albany, NY; and/or St. Joseph's Indian School, 1301 N. Main.
