He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Loucks and Sarah Cutter Loucks; and his brother John Loucks (Karen Thompson Kusisto) of Florida. He is survived by: his son William Loucks, Jr. (Kathy) of Arizona; his grandsons, William Loucks, III (Laura) of Arizona and Cody Loucks (Ivy) of Florida; his great grandchildren, Connor and Hundley; his partner's son William Thompson of Acra; and his sister-in-law Mildred Loucks of Florida.
