It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Auer (Greenville, New York), born in Saugerties, New York, who passed away on January 13, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Krom and Adeline Krom. She is survived by: her husband Frank; her children, Garnet Kennedy (Craig) of Saugerties, Melody Auer of Greenville, Lee Krom of Palenville and Garret Auer (Nicole) of Greenville; her siblings, Linda Penney of Fla, Laura Bechel of Rosendale, William "Wicky" Johnson of Saugerties, Susan Reese of Saugerties and Nancy Gage of Saugerties; her grandchildren, Austin Speed, Zachary Speed, Amber Banas, Ryan Boyde, Kirstin Krom, Nathaniel Auer, Jamie McKnight, Miranda McKnight, James McKnight and Ciara Ransom; and her great grandchildren, Jasmine, Kayden, Roman and Patrick.
Family suggests donations in her memory be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
