He is survived by: his children, Tammy Kohler (Bob), Nellie Yeomans (Doug), Roger Winn Jr., Kevin Winn (Cyndi), Wendy Elwyn (James) and Thomas Winn; and his siblings, Janet Bates, Bernice Heath and Lorrine Helmedach. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
