We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2021, at the age of 37, Nichole M. Hazen of Greenville, New York, born in Hudson, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Brian Blakeslee and Michelle Burke; her grandparents, Linda and Stan Burke; her sons, Nicholas and Tyler Hazen; and her siblings, Heather Blakeslee of Kenneth Hurd, III, Amy Blakeslee, Candace Hurd, Amanda Blakeslee, Brianna Blakeslee, Brandon Goff and Brian Blakeslee, Jr.. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Masks and social distancing are required, and only 40 people will be allowed in the funeral home at a time.
