He is survived by: his parents, Ernest Barnes and Lela Barnes; his wife Rachel Ceasar-Barnes; his daughter Amy Riggs (Ray); his siblings, John Barnes (Kathe), Sherry Hay (Lorin) and Beverly Raynor; his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Barnes Montoya (Tony), Sheri Lynne Cullen (Mike), Shelby Ulrich, Stacey Smith, Jason Raynor (Christin), Buck Schwartz (Hazel) and Jesse Raynor (Heather); his grandson Jesse Riggs; his father-in-law Richard Ceasar; and his brother-in-law Michael Ott.
