With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary E. Griffin of Greenville, New York, born in Coeymans Hollow, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 9, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Camilla Lounsbury (Wright) and Elliot Lounsbury Sr.; her husband Edward Griffin; and her daughter Darcy Lynn Correia. She is survived by: her daughter Jyl DeGiovine (Leonard); her grandchildren, Evangeline Van Auken (Edward), Ian DeGiovine (Veronika), Aaron DeGiovine (Amber) and Noel Kyrie DeGiovine; her great grandchildren, Alexandria Robertson (Lance), Edward Van Auken (Bonnie), Elizabeth Van Auken, Samuel Van Auken, Colin DeGiovine and Vaughn DeGiovine; her great great grandchildren, Tanner and Wyatt Robertson; and her nephew Jeffrey Pellerin.
In her memory, the family encourages donations to Community Hospice of Greene County, The Trinity United Methodist Church in Coeymans Hollow, NY, or The Congregational Christian Church of South Westerlo, NY.
