He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen B. Cunningham and Mary Cunningham (Armstrong); and his sisters, Dorothy and Ethel Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Louise Chatfield; and his sons, Tim (Sharri), Allen (Linda), Luke (Rhonda), Ted (Kathleen) and David (Bobbi Lynn). He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren.
