With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel G. Flagler of Greenville, New York, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on August 30, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howell W. Wood and Agnes M. T. MacDonald Wood; her spouse Duwane Clifton Flagler; her daughter Dana Rachel Flagler; her brother Howell W. Wood; and her brother-in-law Dwight Cooke.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Renee Fisher (Tim), Deana Robin Smith (James), Duane Cameron Flagler, Devin Stewart Flagler (Mary) and Darin Scott Flagler (Shelby); her grandchildren, Jessica Zoccolo (Anthony), Justin Fisher, Aaron, MacKenzie Smith, Austin, Kaitlyn, Kya and Alyssa Flagler; her great grandchildren, Autumn, Carter, Mia Zoccolo and Kaleb Fisher; her sisters, Donna Wood Fisher (Ron) and Sheila Wood Cooke; and her sister-in-law Maryann Wood. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
