It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernadette Rose Nugent of Greenville, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Scarpa and Mary Scarpa (Maggione); her husband Theodore J. Nugent; her brother John Scarpa, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Warren Franklin.
She is survived by: her children, Theodore E. Nugent (Hope), Kristine Pastina (Lou) and Kathryn Dingman (John); her grandchildren, Victoria Crawley (Kevin), Theodore E. Nugent Jr., Amanda Gossman, Katelyn, Gianna and Louis Pastina; her sister Adrienne Franklin (Scarpa) of Brooklyn; her great grandchildren, Kevin Jr., Reagan and Matthew Crawley; her nephews, Warren Franklin (Diane) and Joseph Franklin (Felicia); her niece Mary Franklin; and her goddaughter Diane Basile. She is also survived by many cousins, friends.
Masks, social distancing, and funeral home capacity limitations will be in place.
In Lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to St John the Baptist Church Greenville and the Greenville Volunteer Fire Company.
