She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Tiano and Marjorie Tiano (Ham); her father-in-law John Otty; and her brother Kevin Tiano. She is survived by: her husband Richard Otty; her son Richard Otty Jr. (Alexandra Makoske); her grandchildren, Brody and Mason Otty; her siblings, Patricia Rutkey (Stanley), Michael Tiano (Dawne), Linda Hogan (Pat), Mary Weaver, Bonnie Kritzman, April Rowley and Paul Rowley (Heather); her siblings-in-law, Judy O'Neil (Tim), Dawn Davi (Charles) and John Otty (Barbara); her mother-in-law Kathleen Corbett; and her stepmother-in-law Pauline Otty. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Pamela's name may be made to the Columbia-Greene Humane Society.
