Dominick J. Filipponi of Southold died Apr. 20, 2001. He was 88.
He was born March 26, 1913, in New York to Giovanni and Rosalie (nee Piazza) Filipponi.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Filipponi (nee Pinelli) children, John Filipponi, Roseann Anderer, and Cathy Kusche; two grandchildren Peter and Melissa; four great-grandchildren, Olivia, Kiernan, Aiden and Sierra, and his two sisters, Mary Rasulo and Antoniette Rasulo
He was predeceased by his parents, his siblings, Anthony Filipponi, Austin Filipponi, John Filipponi, Agnes Rasulo and baby Ignatius Filipponi. Entombment was in Pinelawn Memorial Park.
