He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas F. Dean and Anna Mae Dean (Winters). He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Dean (Cruickshank); his son Arthur J. Dean Jr. (Skip); and his stepdaughters, Linda Engler and Lisa Engler of Murfreesboro, TN. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
