He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Rifenburgh and Ruby Rifenburgh (Eidelman); his wife Mary A. Rifenburgh (Kendall); his daughter Nancy Wright; and his brother Ace Rifenburgh.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Sitser (Robert) and Andrea Rifenburgh (George Brown); his grandchildren, David June, Robert Sitser (Patty Bowes), Tiffeny Cantu (Alfonso), Mary Jo Burger (Ken), Danielle Kush (Blake), Heather Jennings (Marlon Palmer), Shalayne Jennings Aaron (Dante Jefferson), Tyler Brown, Zyan Brown and Rylee Brown; and his great grandchildren, Victoria, Ayden, Emma, Skyler, Addison, Kaden, Alycia, Jalyn, Jason, Noah, Mason and Marah.
