He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kalwara and Bonita Kalwara (Caraglin). He is survived by: his wife Karen (Laquidari); his son Matthew; his siblings, Joseph (Edith) and JeanMarie Easter; his nephews, John, James, Joseph Kalwara, Luke and Jake Joseph; his niece Amanda Ure; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Joseph.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
