It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Boyd Carl Shaffer (Greenlawn, New York), born in Barberton, Ohio, who passed away on August 11, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Shaffer and Betty Shaffer; his brother Donald Shaffer; his brother-in-law Donald R. Lowry; and his nephews, Scott Lowry and Gregory Lowry.
He is survived by: his sister Donna Lowry; his nephews, Jeffrey Lowry (Susan) and Charles Lowry (Darlene); his great-nieces, Samantha Lowry, Jacqueline Lowry and Katherine Valponi (Joseph); his sister-in-law Norma Shaffer; and also Leo Valponi. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces & nephews.
