He was predeceased by: his parents, George S. Kinsella and Beatrice Cooper Kinsella. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Grimmell Kinsella; his sons, Michael Kinsella (Jamie), Christopher Kinsella (Tracy) and John Henson (Tammy); his sister Eileen Josephson (Irwin); his niece Lisa Chartrand (Bobby); and his friend James Defrancisco. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great granddaughter.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorials take the form of donations to the Full Gospel Assembly Church.
