He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Gustafson and Phyllis E. Gustafson; and his sister Barbara Lynn Cullen. He is survived by: his wife Jaime E. Gustafson; his son Zachary R. Gustafson (Kate Schoolwerth Gustafson); his grandchildren, Quinn and Evelyn Gustafson; his children, Cale R. Gustafson (Jennifer Salazar Gustafson) and Brianne R. Freeman (Patrick F. Freeman); his brother Warren D. Gustafson (Nina Gustafson); his sister-in-law Shann Ritchie (Dennis Ritchie); his nephews, Blair P. Cullen (Samantha Cullen), Matthew W. Cullen (Lauren Cullen) and Brady J. Cullen; his brother-in-law Frank Cullen (Carolynn Young); his great-nephew Jack Cullen; his great-nieces, Emily, Heidi Cullen, Cambria Dean and Stephanie Carletta; and his stepgrandchildren, Daniel and Brooke Sparks. He is also survived by cousins and newly found Canadian cousins.
