She was predeceased by: her brother Larry "Bubba" West, Jr.; her grandparents, Marvin, Louise Helton, Odin and Anna West; and her stepfather John Brussell, Sr..

She is survived by: her parents, Larry West and Sheila Helton Brussell; her daughter Christine Brussell (Brent); her siblings, John Brussell, Jr. (Christie) and Ashley West Pierson (Mike); her nieces, Jada, Chandler, Addison and Savannah; and her nephew Connor.
