He is survived by: his mother Joanne Rivera, Sr. (Burgess); his wife Dawn Rivera; his son Richard; his stepchildren, Michael, Alyssa, Danisha and Mercedes; and his siblings, Vanessa Ramos, Carlos Rivera, Angelamarie Rivera, Sandra Rivera and Carmen Rivera. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
