It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kenneth Gottfried of Greene, New York, who passed away on August 15, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Cornelius; his father-in-law Jack Barnes; and his siblings-in-law, David Barnes and Rita Barnes. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Kyle (Christine Stezzi) and Corey; his mother Bessie; his mother-in-law Sarah Barnes; his siblings, Carla and Lester; and his brother-in-law Russell Barnes. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
The family asks for donations to be made to the Greene Emergency Squad, (30 Birdsall Street, Greene, NY 13778), who provided great care for Kenneth during the final years of his life, or the ARRL Education & Technology Fund (http://www.arrl.org), which will continue Kenneth's passion for sharing amateur radio with anyone who would listen.
