He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Fremgen and Delia Weber Fremgen. He is survived by: his wife Mitzi-Su Jennings Fremgen; his daughters, Melanie Amoroso (John) and Dawn Adams (John); his grandchildren, Tyler Fremgen, Noelle Amoroso, Avery Amoroso, Kerrie Dalton and Meredith Adams; and his great grandchildren, Rylen and Makenna Dalton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Oak Hill-Durham Volunteer Fire Company, 103 County Route 22, Oak Hill, NY 12460 will be appreciated.
