She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard McHale and Agnes McHale; her parents-in-law, Herbert and Mildred Hurtgam; her brother Anthony McHale; her brother-in-law Jerry Hurtgam; and her daughter-in-law Penny Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Charlie; her sons, Robert Lewis (Lisa) of Matamoras, PA and Richard Lewis of Port Jervis; her grandchildren, Melissa, Jerry Zundel of Pittsburgh, PA, Randall, Georgia Lewis, Chris Lewis of Matamoras, PA, Jordan and Jeremy Gochenoor of Port Jarvis; her great grandchildren, Lucy Zundell, Dylan Lewis, Alyssa Lewis and Penelope Gochenour; her sister-in-law Brenda Hurtgam; and her nieces and nephews, Richard McHale, Bernadette Kent, Jeff, Jay and Jodie Hurtgam.
