He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson "Hank" Young and Catherine "Kay" Young; and his siblings, Ruth Santillo (Edward) and Donald Young. He is survived by: his wife Ida [Bianchi] Young; his godson Ryan Roelle (Samantha); his sister Marge Compton; and his siblings-in-law, Rose Young, Sunday Pavlock, Joanne Bianchi and Randy Bianchi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc. (219 Spencerport Rd, Rochester, NY 14606). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Mother of Sorrows Church (5000 Mt Read Blvd, Rochester, NY 14612).
