He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. McElheny and Edna L. McElheny (Owens); his brother Albert McElheny; and his brother-in-law Mike Rice. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his daughters, Tracy Murray (Sam) and Kelly Wisley (Peter); his grandsons, Christopher and Matthew Wisley; his friends, Bill (Bev), Riverview, Chris and Matt; his sister Penny McElheny of Clifton Park, N. Y.; his adoptive son Doug Phelps; and also, Debby and Mark. He is also survived by his wife of 35 years, his daughters, sons-in-law, and grandsons.
