He was predeceased by: his wife Mary P. Pasquale. He is survived by: his children, Pamala O'Brien (Terry), Debra Zepkowski (Calvin), Karen Fial (Marty) and Scott Pasquale (Jennifer). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
