He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Bay and Mary Elizabeth Bay. He is survived by: his wife Andrea Bay; his son Victor Bay; the mother of his child Sandra Bay; his grandchildren, Gavin and Tegan; his stepchildren, Al Lopez, Joseph Lopez, Zachary Fetzner, Troy Fetzner, Lisa Penna and Tricia Hering; his mother-in-law Elizabeth Catalano; his brothers-in-law, Mario Catalano (Paola) and Michael Catalano (Tricia); and also Carrie Bay.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home, Inc. (59 Monroe St, Honeoye Falls, NY 14472).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Victor's name to the Wilmot Cancer Institute, 300 E. River Road, P.O. Box 278996, Rochester, NY 14627.
