He was predeceased by: his parents, Miles Plutchak and Evelyn Plutchak; and his brothers, Peter Plutchak and Jerry Plutchak. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Plutchak; his daughters, Heidi Fitzgerald, Heather Fridd (John) and Holly Bozzelli (Richard); his grandchildren, Connor, Marah, Teagan Fitzgerald, Taylor, Rachel Inman, Hunter and Clayton Duford; and his sister Janet Behrens. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins & dear friends.
