He is survived by: his wife Ann Rivers; his children, Dr. Kathleen Richardson (Martin), Ellen Shoemaker (Jim), Greg Rivers (MaryAnn) and Julie Hunt (Chris); his grandchildren, Chelsea, Emily, Jamie, Cole, Jeremy, Ryan, Abbey and Lindsay; and his sisters, Mary Hart and Carolyn Flavin.
