She was predeceased by: her parents, Heinrich Pletscher and Gertrud Pletscher. She is survived by: her husband George; her children, Joseph, Daniel (Janet) and Angela Kislal (Hakan); her grandchildren, Brittany of Eliz and Ela; her sister Ruth Sprenger (Stephan); her cousins, Helen Entinger (Fritz), Werner Pletscher and Hanni Lutz (Manfred); her godson Hans Peter Bachmann (Nicole); and also Markus Sprenger (Heidi).
