He was predeceased by: his father Phillip J. Lombardo; his aunt Carmel; and his uncle Rene. He is survived by: his wife Jessica; his children, Breanna Lombardo, Maya Martinez (Melvin), Anthony Lee Torres and Joshua Lee (Kelly); his grandchildren, Jordan, Messiah, Kane, Drako, Kylen and Lena; his mother Sherryl Lombardo; his sister Lori Lombardo (Ross Groth); his nephew Jack; and his sister-in-law Dawn Lee (Jeff Burton). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
