She is survived by: her children, Erika Ortiz and Werner Zukowski (Irina); her grandchildren, Crystal Correa (Marvin), Nancy Ortiz (Jay Barrett), Phillip Bartkovich (Lori), Michelle Mugavero (Jim), Werner Zukowski, Melissa Mann (Bill), Michael, Steven and Alex Zukowski; her great grandchildren, Riley, Vanessa, Ariya, Michael, Charlie and Sophia; her brothers, Sigmund and Ted; and her daughter-in-law Marilyn Zukowski. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
