She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Ford and Louise Ford. She is survived by: her husband David R. Gotham Sr.; her children, Dr. David R. Gotham Jr. of Sacramento and Nicole Murphy (Brian); her grandchildren, Jordan, Mackenzie, Reagan, Addison and Camryn; her brother Douglass Ford of San Diego; her siblings-in-law, Gary P. Gotham (Carol) of Colorado and Mexico; and her friends, Wende West, Linda Lamb, Joseph Constantino, Dr. Pearce and Liz Sloan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Wilmot Cancer Center or Lifetime Assistance.
