She is survived by: her husband Harlow Hoak; her children, Daniel Hoak, Jacqueline Hartle (Gary) and Bill Hoak (Valerie); her grandchildren, Christopher, Garrett, Ryan, Scott and Natalie; and her niece Sharon Lucity. She is also survived by Brother and sister in laws, many nieces and nephews.
