It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen A. Berndt of Greece, New York, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudy Sabatini and Concetta Sabatini. She is survived by: her husband Gene Berndt; her sons, David Bellian (Chris) and Jay Berndt (Barbara); her grandchildren, Alison Vogel (Matt), Julie Smith (Matt), Lisa Buda (Joe), Lauren Sheldon (John), Andrew, Evan and Tyler Berndt; her great grandchild Brandt Vogel; and her siblings, Patrick Sabatini (Helen), David Sabatini, Joe Retta, Sandy Louis and Elizabeth Goldberg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; special friends.
Celebration of Life will be held at a later date due to Covid 19.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Honor Flight Rochester in her memory.
