He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sr. Blair and Phyllis Blair; his brothers, Henry Jr., Joseph and Randy; and his nephew Jason.
He is survived by: his children, Nicole, William, Austin and Samantha Blair; his girlfriend Heidi Tribotte; his grandchildren, Kaylie Blair, Jacob Schwab and Andrea Reiff; his sisters, Phyllis Logan (James), Margaret Schutt (Jeff) and Anita Beasaw (Bob Pata); and his sisters-in-law, Bettirose, Sheila and Karen Blair. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
